Silent3Cyber helps organizations build response plans, exercise decision teams, retain expert responders, and coordinate live incidents from triage through containment, recovery, and lessons learned. Services are delivered directly by named cybersecurity leads with clear escalation paths.
Incident-response planning; role-based playbooks; tabletop exercises; technical readiness reviews; response retainers; live remote response; forensic triage; containment and recovery guidance; communications coordination; and post-incident improvement planning.
Response plan and playbooks, tabletop scenario and after-action report, incident timeline, investigation and evidence summary, prioritized containment and recovery actions, executive briefings, and lessons-learned recommendations.
Planning, playbook, and tabletop work is provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Retainer clients receive a 24/7/365 incident hotline and active-incident support. Non-retainer response is provided on a best-available basis after authorization and commercial intake are complete.
Severity 1 incidents target acknowledgement within 30 minutes, a response lead within 60 minutes, and remote response within two hours. Severity 2 incidents target acknowledgement within 60 minutes, a response lead within two hours, and remote response within four hours. Severity 3 requests target acknowledgement within four business hours and scheduled support. Tabletop reports are targeted within five business days; incident-report timing is confirmed after stabilization.
Windows, Windows Server, macOS, Linux, common mobile platforms, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Workspace, Active Directory, Okta, endpoint and EDR tools, firewalls, VPNs, network infrastructure, email systems, SIEM platforms, and commonly used SaaS services accepted through scope review.
Each engagement has a named incident lead, a secure communications channel, documented authority, evidence-handling procedures, and peer review. Incident-response, forensics, cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and communications experience is matched to the event and confirmed in the retainer or statement of work.
An executive incident owner; legal, insurer, and law-enforcement contacts where applicable; authorized IT decision makers; current emergency contacts; access to relevant logs, systems, and evidence; communications decision makers; a secure collaboration channel; and preauthorized containment actions for retainer coverage.
Response outcomes depend on available evidence, client authority, technology access, and third-party cooperation; no specific containment or recovery result can be guaranteed. Silent3Cyber does not isolate systems, disable accounts, delete data, notify outside parties, or make production changes without authorized direction. Evidence preservation takes priority over unnecessary alteration. Legal conclusions, regulatory notices, public statements, and law-enforcement decisions remain with the client and its counsel. On-site response, travel, malware reverse engineering, and specialist forensics are included only when stated.
Start with a readiness session to confirm incident roles, escalation contacts, legal and insurance coordination, evidence sources, secure communications, preauthorized actions, severity definitions, and the right retainer coverage.
