Silent3Cyber combines authorized vulnerability assessment, external exposure review, technical validation, and business-based prioritization to show where risk is real and what should be fixed first. We can deliver a focused assessment or operate a recurring vulnerability-management program directly with your technology and remediation teams.
Authenticated and unauthenticated scanning; external attack-surface review; cloud, endpoint, server, network, container, and web-service assessment; false-positive review; risk validation; remediation prioritization; scheduled rescanning; trend analysis; and management reporting.
Evidence-based technical findings, business-prioritized remediation plan, management summary, supporting evidence package, rescan results, recurring trend reporting where included, and clear ownership and target dates for material issues.
Routine program management and reporting are provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding published Silent3Cyber holidays. Scanning runs only during approved business-hours or after-hours windows. Continuous external-exposure collection may operate 24/7 when included; human response follows the selected service tier. A verified critical finding is reported within two hours during an active test window, and a verified high finding by the end of the next business day.
Draft assessment reports are targeted within three business days after fieldwork ends. Rescan requests are scheduled within 10 business days after remediation evidence and required access are available. Recurring program reports are targeted within five business days after the reporting period. Final dates, dependencies, and escalation contacts are confirmed in the statement of work.
Vendor-supported Windows, Windows Server, macOS, Linux, cloud workloads, network devices, web services, containers, and externally accessible assets. Commercial and open assessment tools are selected according to the confirmed scope, licensing, operational risk, and the client’s environment.
Each engagement has a named Silent3Cyber technical lead, documented authorization, approved targets and windows, secure evidence handling, peer review, and defined escalation paths. Technical qualifications and vulnerability-assessment experience are matched to the scope and confirmed in the statement of work before work begins.
Written authorization; a validated asset inventory; approved scan windows; explicit exclusions; system-owner and emergency contacts; a safe-testing plan; credentials where applicable; recent backups for sensitive systems; third-party or cloud-provider approvals when required; and a named remediation owner.
Written authorization and a validated asset list are mandatory. Denial-of-service, stress testing, destructive actions, persistence, and broad exploitation are excluded unless separately approved. Validation stops at the minimum evidence needed to confirm impact. Scanner severity is reviewed and may be adjusted using technical evidence and business context. Unsupported or end-of-life systems may be assessed only after limitations and elevated operational risk are acknowledged. Remediation implementation is separate unless included in scope.
Start with a scoping discussion to confirm assets, business priorities, safe test windows, escalation contacts, reporting cadence, and whether a focused assessment or recurring program is the better fit.
