INCIDENT HELP

A clear path forward
when an incident happens.

If you believe an incident is active, contact Silent3Cyber promptly. We confirm authority, scope, secure communications, and the applicable response commitment before investigative work begins.

For an active engagement, use your agreed escalation contacts and channels.

Secure communication comes first.

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, regulated records, malware samples, or detailed evidence through a public form. We will establish an approved secure exchange method when needed.

01

Confirm authority

Identify the authorized decision-maker and agreed scope before investigation or containment begins.

02

Establish a secure channel

Confirm the right contacts and a secure method for sharing information and evidence.

03

Activate the engagement

Triage begins after authorization, secure access, necessary contacts, and applicable commitments are confirmed.

COVERAGE & ACTIVATION

Understand the response available to you.

Existing agreements

For active engagements, Silent3Cyber acknowledges requests according to the written service tier. Continuous monitoring and 24/7 response are available only under qualifying agreements after onboarding and activation.

New incident requests

Requests without an active retainer are accepted only when capacity is available and a written emergency engagement can be activated. Standard consulting intake and coordination: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. Scheduled after-hours work may be arranged.

Supported environments

Common Windows, Linux, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS, network, endpoint, identity, cloud, application, and API platforms—subject to scope and tool compatibility.

Documented trust and boundaries

Credentials and trust requirements are verified per engagement. Silent3Cyber documents the assigned team, delivery responsibilities, information-handling expectations, and required certifications or specialist qualifications before work begins.

No testing or containment outside written authorization. No access to third-party systems without owner approval. No guarantee of complete detection or recovery. No sharing of sensitive evidence through unsecured channels. Stop conditions and escalation contacts are agreed before execution.
