Silent3Cyber helps organizations inventory, tier, assess, and track cybersecurity risk across suppliers and service providers. The result is a repeatable decision process that connects vendor evidence to business impact, ownership, and remediation.
Vendor inventory and tiering; questionnaire and evidence review; contract-control guidance; security-rating validation; risk scoring; issue tracking; exception support; periodic reassessment; and leadership reporting.
Vendor inventory, tiering model, documented rating method, high-risk vendor findings, remediation tracker, decision support, and a leadership summary of material supplier exposure.
Vendor intake, assessment, and reporting are provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. New assessment requests are acknowledged within one business day. A validated critical vendor exposure affecting the client is reported within one business day, or handled under incident-response targets when active compromise is suspected.
Standard review timing is set by vendor tier and evidence availability. Draft vendor findings are targeted within five business days after required evidence is received. Periodic reassessment and continuous-monitoring cadence are defined by the selected program tier.
Client procurement and governance-risk-compliance systems, ticketing tools, spreadsheets, security-rating data, questionnaires, attestations, audit reports, contracts, data-flow information, and vendor-provided evidence. Final integrations depend on product access, licensing, and scope.
Each program has a named Silent3Cyber lead, documented rating criteria, secure evidence handling, review controls, and an escalation process. Third-party risk, governance, audit, privacy, and contract-support experience is matched to scope; legal interpretations remain with client counsel.
A current vendor inventory; contract access; data-flow, system-access, and business-criticality information; internal vendor owners; procurement and legal participation; available questionnaires, attestations, and audit reports; and an escalation path for unacceptable risk.
Ratings reflect the available evidence at a point in time and are not warranties of vendor security. Silent3Cyber does not gain unrestricted access to a vendor environment without separate authorization. External ratings are indicators requiring validation, not conclusive proof. Procurement, legal, and business owners retain risk decisions. Continuous monitoring covers only subscribed vendors and data sources.
Start with a scoping session to confirm vendor population, tiering criteria, critical services, sensitive data, required evidence, decision owners, reporting cadence, and escalation thresholds.
