Build a Workforce That Recognizes and Reports Social Engineering.

Silent3Cyber combines controlled phishing simulations, role-aware education, reporting-process review, and trend measurement to strengthen employee decisions without creating a blame-driven program.

Program Activities

Baseline simulation; approved role-based scenarios; targeted education; reporting-channel review; follow-up simulations; management metrics; and improvement tracking aligned with workforce schedules and organizational policy.

Core Deliverables

Campaign plan, risk metrics, management summary, role-aware training recommendations, reporting-process observations, improvement trends, and prioritized next actions.

Coverage and Response Commitments

Campaign administration and support are provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Campaign sends use approved workforce windows, with after-hours simulations scheduled in advance. A campaign issue affecting operations is acknowledged within 30 minutes during the active window and the campaign is paused when necessary. Employee or manager questions receive a response within one business day.

Reporting Timeline

Preliminary metrics are targeted within one business day after campaign close. Final analysis and recommendations are targeted within five business days after campaign close. Timing, audience segments, privacy controls, and report recipients are confirmed before launch.

Supported Platforms

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, approved security-awareness and phishing-simulation platforms, learning-management systems, and client reporting channels that meet the engagement’s privacy and security requirements.

Delivery and Qualification Standard

Each program has a named Silent3Cyber lead, approved scenarios, secure event-data handling, quality review, and documented escalation paths. Security-awareness, social-engineering defense, privacy, communications, and platform experience are matched to the campaign and confirmed before launch.

What We Need From Your Organization

Written executive approval; HR, legal, privacy, or labor review where applicable; an authorized audience list; approved scenarios and send windows; internal escalation contacts; allowlisting where required; reporting-channel details; and agreement on a no-shame learning policy.

Important Engagement Boundaries

Personal email, family members, personal social media, physical intrusion, emergency-services impersonation, and highly sensitive personal themes are excluded unless separately approved and lawful. Real passwords are not collected by default, and training pages record only the minimum event data needed. Results are limited to authorized stakeholders and should not be the sole basis for employee discipline.

Turn Simulation Results Into Safer Decisions

Start with a planning session to confirm business risks, audience, scenarios, workforce schedules, approvals, privacy rules, reporting paths, and the behavior changes the program should measure.
