Recover Critical Services With Confidence.

Silent3Cyber evaluates recovery plans, backup architecture, identity dependencies, platform resilience, and restoration exercises so leadership knows what can be recovered, in what order, and under which conditions.

Service Activities

Recovery planning; recovery-time and recovery-point objective validation; backup configuration and evidence review; immutable and offline backup analysis; restoration exercises; ransomware-recovery readiness; identity recovery; cloud and SaaS recovery; and lessons-learned planning.

Core Deliverables

Recovery risk report, critical-service dependency map, prioritized resilience plan, restoration test plan and results, exception log, executive briefing, and recommended improvements with clear owners and target dates.

Coverage and Response Commitments

Planning, evidence review, and exercises are provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Restoration work occurs only in approved maintenance windows. Active emergency recovery is available 24/7 only under an incident-response retainer or other expressly contracted coverage.

Response and Reporting Targets

A critical restoration failure discovered during an exercise is reported within two hours. Other material recovery gaps are reported within four business hours. The draft report is targeted within five business days after fieldwork. Active-incident recovery follows the applicable incident-response service targets.

Supported Platforms

Enterprise backup and recovery platforms; virtualization and hypervisor environments; Windows, Windows Server, and Linux; Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Workspace; Active Directory; common endpoint, network, database, storage, and SaaS services accepted through scope review.

Delivery and Qualification Standard

Each engagement has a named Silent3Cyber resilience lead, documented recovery objectives, approved test methods, secure evidence handling, change safeguards, and peer review. Recovery, cloud, identity, infrastructure, backup, and incident-response experience is matched to the environment and confirmed in the statement of work.

What We Need From Your Organization

Business-service owners and technical administrators; current application and asset inventories; dependency and data-flow information; approved recovery-time and recovery-point objectives; backup architecture and evidence; required restoration access; a safe test environment where feasible; approved test windows; rollback or fallback plans; and written authorization for production restoration activity.

Important Engagement Boundaries

Recovery objectives are planning targets, not guarantees. Silent3Cyber cannot warrant the usability or completeness of preexisting backups. Production restoration requires explicit authorization, an approved window, a fallback plan, and an accountable business owner. Broader business-continuity planning is separate unless included. Vendor, licensing, capacity, connectivity, data-integrity, and third-party constraints may affect results and schedules.

Prove Recovery Before a Real Crisis

Start with a scoping session to confirm critical services, dependencies, recovery objectives, backup locations, identity recovery, test environments, maintenance windows, decision owners, and the right exercise cadence.
