Silent3Cyber helps organizations interpret applicable security obligations, organize evidence, identify defensible gaps, and turn them into prioritized work. We deliver readiness assessments and remediation support directly, coordinating with control owners, leadership, legal advisers, and technology teams as the scope requires.
Framework scoping and applicability review; requirements and control mapping; policy and evidence review; stakeholder interviews; gap assessment; remediation planning; evidence preparation; customer security questionnaire support; and leadership readiness briefings.
Defined assessment scope, requirements matrix, evidence inventory, documented gap report, risk-prioritized remediation plan, readiness briefing, and optional remediation-evidence review.
Assessment sessions, evidence reviews, and program support are provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding published Silent3Cyber holidays. Support outside those hours for an audit window is scheduled separately. Evidence or control questions receive a response within one business day. Material readiness blockers are reported within one business day after validation. Draft gap reports are targeted within 10 business days after evidence collection is complete, and remediation evidence reviews within five business days of receipt. Customer security questionnaires are acknowledged within one business day, with completion targets based on size and complexity.
NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0; CIS Critical Security Controls; HIPAA Security Rule readiness; PCI DSS readiness; SOC 2 readiness; NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC readiness; ISO/IEC 27001 readiness; and contractual or customer security requirements. Additional frameworks may be accepted after scope and competency review.
Every engagement has a named Silent3Cyber lead, defined evidence and decision paths, secure information exchange, and documented quality review. Governance, audit, and framework-specific qualifications are matched to the scope and confirmed in the statement of work before delivery begins.
A confirmed framework, customer requirement, or contractual obligation; clearly defined systems and business units; access to policies and evidence; identified control owners; legal or compliance participation where interpretation is needed; timely responses to evidence requests; and acknowledgement that readiness support is not certification.
Silent3Cyber directly delivers readiness assessment, evidence preparation, remediation planning, and agreed implementation support. Readiness work does not issue a SOC 2 report, PCI validation, CMMC certification, or ISO/IEC 27001 certificate, and a completed gap assessment alone does not establish compliance. Requirements involving legal or contractual interpretation should be addressed with qualified counsel or the governing authority. Independent certification, attestation, and audit opinions remain with authorized assessors and auditors.
Start with a focused discussion to confirm the applicable obligation, assessment boundary, evidence condition, deadlines, and the most practical readiness path for your organization.
