Test Real Attack Paths Before Adversaries Do.

Silent3Cyber performs authorized, scoped penetration tests to identify and validate real attack paths across networks, applications, APIs, identity, cloud, wireless, segmentation, and approved social-engineering scenarios. Every engagement is designed around business impact, operational safety, reproducible evidence, and practical remediation.

Testing Scope and Methods

External and internal networks; web applications and APIs; Active Directory and identity environments; cloud configurations and workloads; wireless environments; segmentation and access-control validation; and social engineering when explicitly authorized. Testing combines manual analysis with approved tools and follows the signed rules of engagement.

Core Deliverables

Executive report, technical attack narrative, reproducible evidence, severity and business-impact analysis, prioritized remediation guidance, technical debrief, and one defined retest when included in the statement of work.

Coverage and Response Commitments

Testing is performed only during approved windows, including evenings and weekends when required. Coordination occurs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with designated emergency contacts available throughout the test. A confirmed critical attack path or dangerous unintended impact triggers an immediate stop and notification, targeted within two hours or less. Material high-risk findings are reported by the next business day unless real-time notice is specified.

Reporting and Retesting

Daily status updates are available during multi-day testing when requested. The draft report is targeted within five business days after testing ends. A retest is scheduled within 10 business days after remediation is confirmed and required access is available. Final dates, dependencies, and the retest period are documented in the statement of work.

Supported Testing Scopes

Supported scopes include external and internal networks, web applications, APIs, identity and Active Directory, cloud environments, wireless, and segmentation controls. Operational technology and industrial control systems are limited to architecture review, segmentation review, passive techniques, or a purpose-built nonproduction environment unless specialized rules of engagement expressly permit more.

Delivery and Qualification Standard

Every engagement has a named lead tester, documented authorization, approved targets and methods, secure evidence handling, emergency stop procedures, and independent technical review. Hands-on penetration-testing and specialist application, cloud, identity, network, or wireless qualifications are matched to the scope and confirmed in the statement of work before testing begins.

What We Need From Your Organization

A signed authorization letter and rules of engagement; proof of ownership or authority; precise targets, source addresses, methods, exclusions, and testing windows; emergency contacts and stop conditions; required test accounts; secure data-handling instructions; current backups for sensitive systems; and third-party or cloud-provider approvals where required.

Important Engagement Boundaries

No denial-of-service, destructive payloads, ransomware simulation on production, uncontrolled lateral movement, persistence, or production-data alteration is permitted without explicit approval. Testing uses the minimum evidence needed to confirm impact and provides time-bound assurance only for the tested scope. It does not prove that the environment is vulnerability-free. Retesting is included only when stated in the proposal and completed within the agreed period.

Validate Your Defenses With a Controlled Test

Start with a scoping session to confirm business objectives, targets, authorization, testing methods, operational safeguards, escalation contacts, reporting needs, and the appropriate retest window.
