Strengthen the Identities and Cloud Controls Your Business Depends On.

Silent3Cyber reviews cloud tenants, identity systems, email, collaboration services, privileged access, logging, and exposure paths to identify practical hardening priorities. Assessments are delivered directly by our cybersecurity team and can include remediation planning and validation.

Assessment Scope

Tenant configuration review; identity and multifactor-authentication analysis; privileged-access review; conditional-access and federation review; logging and alerting coverage; data-sharing controls; backup assumptions; cloud exposure review; and prioritized hardening guidance.

Core Deliverables

Configuration findings, identity risk summary, prioritized hardening plan, quick-win actions, management briefing, implementation dependencies, and validation results when remediation testing is included.

Coverage and Response Commitments

Assessment and remediation planning are provided Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Production changes occur only in approved change windows. A confirmed public-data exposure or privileged-identity compromise discovered during work is reported within two hours; other critical configuration findings are reported within four business hours. Active compromise is handled under incident-response or managed-security coverage.

Reporting and Validation

The draft report is targeted within five business days after fieldwork ends. Remediation validation is targeted within five business days after approved changes and required evidence are available. Final dates, dependencies, and escalation contacts are confirmed in the statement of work.

Supported Platforms

Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, and Sentinel; Amazon Web Services identity, logging, security, network, and workload services; Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud security services; Active Directory and common federated identity environments; and Okta or other enterprise identity providers accepted through scope review.

Delivery and Qualification Standard

Every engagement has a named Silent3Cyber technical lead, least-privilege access design, secure evidence handling, peer review, and documented change safeguards. Cloud, identity, and platform qualifications are matched to the confirmed environment and stated in the statement of work before assessment begins.

What We Need From Your Organization

Tenant-owner approval; read-only or least-privilege assessment access; platform, version, region, and licensing details; identity architecture and federation information; administrator participation; critical-data and business-service context; an approved change process; and a rollback plan for remediation work.

Important Engagement Boundaries

Assessment access is read-only or least privilege whenever feasible. Silent3Cyber does not make production changes without an approved ticket, maintenance window, rollback plan, and authorized client contact. Features unavailable under the client’s license are dependencies, not delivery failures. Cloud-provider availability, inherited controls, and third-party performance remain outside Silent3Cyber’s control. Unsupported services and custom architectures require explicit scoping.
