Extend Your Security Operations With Managed Detection and Response.

Silent3Cyber provides managed security monitoring, alert triage, escalation, investigation support, containment coordination, vulnerability oversight, and recurring security reporting. Coverage is delivered directly by Silent3Cyber under a defined service tier, supported technology stack, and shared-responsibility model.

Service Activities

Security telemetry onboarding; alert monitoring and triage; threat investigation; client notification; approved containment actions; detection tuning; use-case maintenance; vulnerability and exposure oversight; service reviews; and improvement planning.

Core Deliverables

Onboarding and coverage plan, monitored-source inventory, escalation matrix, alert and incident records, recommended or authorized response actions, monthly service reporting, tuning log, material-risk register, and prioritized improvement roadmap.

Coverage Options

Essential coverage includes automated telemetry collection 24/7 where supported, with human triage Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time; after-hours human escalation is available as an add-on. Continuous coverage includes automated telemetry and human triage 24/7/365 for Severity 1 and Severity 2 events, with containment limited to preauthorized actions.

Response Commitments

Severity 1 events target triage within 15 minutes, client notification within 30 minutes, and an approved response action within 60 minutes, with updates every 60 minutes while active. Severity 2 events target triage within 30 minutes, notification within 60 minutes, and an action plan within four hours, with four-hour updates. Severity 3 events target triage within four hours, notification by the next business day, and a plan within one business day. Severity 4 items are reviewed and reported within one business day or the normal reporting cycle. Reports are targeted within five business days after each service period.

Supported Platforms

Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Workspace; supported endpoint and EDR tools; firewalls, VPNs, network-security platforms, email-security services, SIEM and log-management systems, vulnerability platforms, ticketing systems, identity providers, and supported SaaS integrations accepted during onboarding.

Delivery and Qualification Standard

Each client has a named Silent3Cyber service lead, documented monitoring scope, secure access and evidence handling, detection quality review, escalation paths, and service governance. Security operations, incident response, cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and platform experience is matched to the contracted environment and confirmed during onboarding.

What We Need From Your Organization

A supported and properly licensed technology stack; endpoint, identity, cloud, network, and log access; participating administrators and system owners; agreed log-retention settings; current escalation contacts; a change and containment approval process; accurate asset and business-criticality information; and completion of onboarding and tuning before service targets begin.

Important Engagement Boundaries

Coverage applies only to onboarded assets, enabled data sources, contracted hours, and supported integrations. Service targets begin after onboarding acceptance and required telemetry is available. Silent3Cyber does not guarantee detection of every threat or prevention of every incident. Containment is limited to approved actions and available platform permissions. Client-owned licenses, outages, missing logs, unsupported systems, delayed approvals, and third-party limitations remain client dependencies. Full digital forensics, legal advice, public communications, and on-site response are separate unless included.

Choose the Coverage Model That Fits Your Risk

Start with a scoping session to confirm critical assets, current tools, telemetry sources, operating hours, severity definitions, notification paths, preauthorized actions, reporting needs, onboarding dependencies, and whether Essential or Continuous coverage is the better fit.
