Clear scope. Clear accountability.
Every service is delivered directly by Silent3Cyber through a documented scope, named engagement lead, agreed communication cadence, and a clear handoff of findings and priorities.
Support you can plan around
Standard delivery and consultation: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern. Scheduled after-hours work is available by agreement. 24/7 availability applies only to qualifying incident-response and managed-security engagements.
Agreed response commitments
Consultation requests are acknowledged within one business day. Project updates follow the agreed cadence; suspected critical findings are communicated promptly through approved contacts. Formal incident-response SLAs start after onboarding, authorization, and contract activation.
Matched to your technology
Windows, macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, common SaaS and identity platforms, networks, endpoints, web applications, and APIs—subject to validated scope, access, and technical fit.
Trust and engagement boundaries
Each engagement uses a named lead, documented authorization, confidentiality terms, secure data exchange, least-privilege access, evidence-handling controls, and clear escalation paths. Practitioner qualifications and certifications are matched to the work and confirmed in the final statement of work.
Work is limited to authorized assets and agreed techniques. Destructive testing, denial-of-service, persistence, social engineering, and third-party testing are excluded unless explicitly approved. Testing pauses at defined stop conditions. Deliverables support decisions and readiness; they do not certify compliance, eliminate risk, or guarantee that every vulnerability will be found.
